Lottery Encryption WTF

Dear Movie Director/Movie Actor/Book Author how are you? I'll like to thank you for listening to me...

I was wondering if you could do me a favor...

Please do not reply to this message, i don't know there is something creepy about talking to a movie director/movie actor/book author...Anyways, i was wondering if you could do me this favor...You see there is no websites that i know of that you could go and present an idea, that you think should be made a script/movie/book...
I have this idea where i think it should be made a movie, and i was wondering if you could please talk to movie directors (i don't want you to make the movie, all i was wondering if you could talk to other people about it to see what they think, since you got connection and i don't know nobody) and like how i was saying if you could talk to movie directors/movie actors/book authors to see if they consider making a movie about this...I don't have a script, nor i know how to write one, all i want is for them to make a movie about this or at least know they wrote a book about it...Please don't take offense, but i don't even watch tv anymore because i am tire of watching the same thing in disguised over and over..Do you see how many crime/police movies make it to the big screen every year...
They even have movies about heists and yet those are crimes....But no one has made a movie about someone cracking the lottery like Powerball, or the regular game "Pick3/Pick4" and making a fortune out of it...Here is a link i'll like for you to read: You can compare Pick3 with the Treasures in the bottom of the oceans, which i heard on a movie that there is over 6 billion dollars worth of treasures in the bottom of the oceans... [ Link ]
I even have an idea, how about that the lottery comission has sort of speak a team that inspects winning lottery tickets submitted by people (that will be lotto6) for fingerprints to see if there is any crime committed, and they notice that the tickets of the biggest jackpots, have a common finger prints...When they go to the database to look it up, it doesn't show or it shows different people who they are all been dead, but when they go to their grave they find that this people have their fingers/wrist severed...What the guy who wins all this Powerball jackpot does is that he buys the tickets with a gel that he puts on his figers to disguised his fingerprints, and then he takes people's severed hands and implants their fingerprints on the winning tickets, which he knows before hand by doing some kind of math calculation, or that he can multiply 200 digits in his head, that he is a genius or find something in chaos theory, etc, etc...And for this guy who heads the crime investigations unit to find him he has to go to some foreign country and find him, i am just giving you an idea where you can elaborate, it doesn't have to be this one, it could be a different story, it could be about a psychic that can see the future, or about some groups of guys who want to score big and look at different options and find the lottery as the cleanest way to score big, etc, etc, etc...But again no one has made a movie about it or write a book about it (the movie "Lucky numbers, there was no action in the movie)...I don't want money for this idea, all i want is to be able to go to the movie theaters and watch this movie...One place where you can find different theories for the lottery, including PIck3, Pick4, Lotto6, Powerball, California SuperLottoPlus is at: Lotterypost.com....There they have a library history of post of theories/ideas about the lottery....

And you know something there is a newly discovered area called "LDF" which stands for "Lotto Digits(al) Footprints"....By the way i invented it...Right now the area/pattern doesn't work, but if you could make it to work, you could crack any government encryption, win any lottery, ruin las Vegas, specially if you could keep calculations in your head...But again that's if you could make the pattern/area to work....But all you have to do is write or say that a character found a way to make it work on your book/movie....

But again, NO ONE has made a movie about it....
Another scenario you can create, you can say that a nerd kid who used to be beat up in school found a way to crack the lotto later when he grew up, or you can say that someone use a supercomputer to try and crack the lottery...Well even though not anyone can buy a supercomputer because is very expensive and the cheapest supercomputer cost 6 million dollars (the Apple's MACH5), anyone can build a semi-supercomputer...I've been told by members of Lotterypost.com, that you can get several of this connect them together and get enough computing power and create a cluster: [ Link ]
You can say that a smart guy got 100,000 dollars and bought himself 20 of the Tesla D870 of course different of his friends bought him for him not to raise suspicion and this way he build himself a semi-supercomputer and used it to crack the lotto along with constraints...Not only that but that he/she invented some algorithms, teach it to the semi-supercomputer and won the lottery a couple of time...And again this is not taking in mind the LDF...You could even say that this guy/person has its laboratory hidden that no one can find it...I am going to share you a little secret, this is something newly discovered...Florida lotto is a lotto6/54 (meaning it selects 6 numbers from a range of 54), well you see how they tell you that Florida lotto has 25,827,165 combinations and that the odds are 1 in 25,827,165...Well in a way it is in a way is not...If you look through an illusion you will know (again this is not taking into account the LDF, which can circumvent any odds or amount of combinations regarless, but the problem is that it doesn't work)....Again if you look through an illusion you will know that lotto6 the true odds are more like 1 in 2,000...I'll explain...Let's show this drawing that played For Texas Lotto (which is a lotto6/53..The drawing is: 15-20-37-38-39-43...Well if you break it down and look at it as two kinds of pick3 game playing together they will look like this: 15-20-37 (first pick3 part) then 38-39-43 (second pick3 part)...Well now what you are interested in is in the ending digits not the starting digits...Now look at the first pick3 part: 15-20-37 the ending digits are 5-0-7, just like a pick3 drawing...the second pick3 part would be: 38-39-43 and the ending digits will be: 8-9-3, just like a second pick3 lottery game...Remember i said that 1 lotto6 combination is like two pick3 lottery games if you break it down specially concentrating on the ending digits...Well what are the odds of matching 1 pick3 game? it exactly 1 in 1,000 so what would be the odds of matching 2 pick3 games? 1 in 2,000...If you can find a way to match both pick3 or ending digits at the same time you will have won the lottery because all you have to do is "DEDUCE" the numbers...But remember something, you must match the 2 pick3 games "exactly" the way they play or "Straight"...By deduce i mean:from
5-0-7-8-9-3 (if you unite the two pick3 togethers) deducing the numbers you can possibly get are:

5-10-17-28-29-33
5-10-17-28-29-43
5-10-17-28-29-53
5-10-17-38-39-43 3/6 = 5 dollars
5-10-17-38-39-53
5-10-27-28-29-33
5-10-27-38-39-43 3/6 = 5 dollars
5-10-27-38-39-53
5-10-27-38-49-53
5-10-27-48-49-53
5-20-27-28-29-33
5-20-27-28-29-43
5-20-37-38-39-43 5/6 = 2,800 dollars - 5,000 dollars
5-20-37-38-39-53 4/6 = 57 dollars - 70 dollars
5-20-27-38-39-53 3/6 = 5 dollars
5-20-27-48-49-53
5-20-27-28-29-53
5-30-37-38-49-53
5-30-37-48-49-53
5-30-37-38-49-53
5-30-47-48-49-53

the follwing round:

15-20-27-28-39-43
15-20-27-28-39-53
15-20-27-28-29-33
15-20-27-38-49-53
15-20-37-38-49-53 4/6 = 57 dollars to 70 dollars
15-20-37-38-39-43 (BINGO = JACKPOT)
15-20-37-38-39-53 5/6 = 2,800 dollars to 5,000 dollars
15-20-47-48-49-53
15-30-37-38-39-43 5/6 = 2,800 dollars - 5,000 dollars
15-30-37-38-39-53 4/6 = 57 dollars to 70 dollars
15-30-37-38-49-53 3/6 = 5 dollars
15-30-47-48-49-53

Well deducing the numbers from two pick3 numbers put together doesn't take more than 30 numbers or simply 30 dollars...And this is better than blindly going at 25 million combinations....
And something you should know, it was luck that we pick a combination of the Texas lotto that start with 14+, meaning combinations that start with 14 all the way up to 25 are very rare, very seldom do they play, so you can eliminate the 14+ and it will leave you with 21 deduced combinations or 21 dollars to play...Basically to win the lotto you will have to win Pick3 game 2 times and not go at the 25 million combinations blindly and play 21 dollars each time you play the lotto...
Why did i showed you all this? Because you could use this example or similar example and say that your character in either the book or movie uses this example and wins the lottery over and over, like every year or every six months...Again this is not using LDF which can circumvent any lotto odds but the problem is that it doesn't work....And believe me, you could crack any government encryption with LDF or Random walks as i call them...
You could even say that your character won the lottery a couple of times and then while researching the lottery stumbled upon LDF, made it work and became a hacker (for hacking for foreign governments pays more than winning the lottery), hack into the government programs and sold the secrets to the Chinese/Russians, etc...And then you can continue to elaborate and take it a step further...
Do you know what a RNG is? is like a chip that they use in encryption and cryptography...It stands for Random Number Generator...Some lotteries use RNG to produce them random lottery numbers...Look at this page: [ Link ]
Read where it says "Major Issues" then read where it says: "Deterministic Random Number Generators" and read where it also says: "Really Random Generators and Noise" also look where it says: "Randomness Testing"...Again they use this "computer chips" to generate random numbers so that it will be encrypted...They even use Noise and Particle decays which suppose to be one of the most random things in nature...But the truth is that it doesn't matter how random it is, if you can make LDF (Random Walks) work, it could crack any any encryption, and it only takes 1 password to enter...I am talking entering in very encrypted government sites that have classified information...The only thing that may be break in proof is quantum cryptography which i still don't know what that is...By the way just if you was curious, i have 11 years researching the lottery, the 11 years that i spent in the U.S.A...Now i just moved to Panama...
But despite that i've told you all this, more important than stealing classified information is creating a Gigantic Stock Market or Lotto Stock Exhange that will rival the U.S's Stock Exhange, and having them in all foreign countries, like Russia, India, Brazil, Argentina, Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Macedonia, etc...

NOTE:
By the way foreign governments will not give you 50 millions for classified information, they will give you like 1 or 2 billion for classified information...Just paid attention to their GDP...
Also notice in the link that the Tesla D870 is in special promotion and it cost 3,500 so with 100,000 you can buy yourself 27 or 28 of them and not 20...Just so you note that...
Another way to call LDF is "Random Walks" i coined that name...Also there is a stochaic process in chaos theory call random walk, well that's not the same...
Also, to get both the first PIck3 part "Straight" and the second Pick3 part "Straight" is not that hard...I've gotten it correct but i've gotten both sides boxed not straight...And is very easy to get both sides "Boxed" (the ending digits) with the help of a wheel/table...and if i do get 1 straight i'll get the other boxed..Again all you had to do is say that your character found a way to get it straight both sides....
Everything i've told you is the knowledge i've accumulated over my 11 years of studying and researching the lottery...I dream, sleep and wake up thinking about the lottery....
Have i won the lottery? Yes, i have 3 times too in less than 1 week but i didn't play the numbers...What i did was i custom made an existing wheel/table and predicted the numbers for the following days..I didn't play the numbers because the lottery game i was predicting was from the State of Virginia and i was then in college in Georgia (by the way i didn't finish college and georgia is where part of my family lives), the lottery game was called: "Cash5" (the one for 25 cents)...Want to know something else i did...One time when i was in the navy (i was in the navy for 1 year and a half), i took a sample of the lottery game named "keno"...Back then i thought you needed 20 numbers to match it and win it, when really what you needed was 10...Well i can't remember what i did but i remember i took the difference between each number and its adjacent number...And with the result, i went and got 17 number out of the 20 numbers that had played not knowing that you only needed 10 but again i didn't play the numbers...So am i unlucky? sure am...Well i will not overwhelm you with my story..
But here is the part that i feel like i am begging for money...If you think this is a good story to make a movie or book about it, all i am asking is 20,000 dollars...What i'll like to do is buy my mother a house here in panama...I have 17,000 dollars saved in the bank and the houses here in Panama cost 45,000 dollars...If i get 20,000 dollars from you i'll have 37,000 dollars leaving me with 8,000 dollars to pay...And that i can pay in like 6 years...But again this is only if you find the story interesting..Plus you can have my advice....If you want me to sign a contract i'll do it...What i really will like to do is go back to college in the States and study how to find the fountain of youth...That's what i'll really like to do but can't do it because i have to buy my mother a house...
I don't know how much famous book writers make but i'll like for you to read this page: [ Link ]
This is about Clive Cussler the author, by the way i tried reading one of his books and i could not read it because it was heavily peppered with big words...And i am the kind of person that when i read i look EVERY single word in the dictionary...So is time consuming...
Read the section the little small paragraph that says: "Cussler books are published in more than 40 languages in more than 100 countries with a readership of more than 125 million avid fans"
And i am thinking is 125 million people bought his books and how much is for a paperback book? 7 dollars (6.99 actually) so if you multiply 125 million times 7 is 875 million, if he pays 300 million to the publishing company that will leave him with 500 million and the taxes? leave him with 250 million...But because i am modest i am saying his networth must be 150 million....So what's my point? That you all book authors the famous ones must be fat with money...And all i want for this story is 20,000 dollars...
By the way i even have a story for Mr. Cussler since he likes to write about ships and the sea...I'll post it it and the end of this email..
I am going to send this this email, another email with a way you can win or possibly win "South Dakota, North Dakota & Idaho Wild Card 2 lottery game" again i dont live in those states, that's why i haven't told a programmer to do me the software for it...And i am going to email you another way that you can win lotto6/55...If you like the story just email me here...The other email i had the account was terminated because i kept emailing universities in Chile, Guatemala and Greece with lottery theories...I think they consider it spam...
my real name is: Michael Anthony Brown Webb...

Thank your very much for listening...

sincerely,

Miguel A. Brown

PS---CLIVE CUSSLER IDEA...IF YOU CAN PLEASE GIVE HIM THIS SINCE HE DOESN'T HAVE A CONTACT EMAIL IN HIS WEBSITE...HE CAN TAKE THIS IDEA AND ELABORATE ON IT AND TAKE IT A STEP FURTHER OR MAKE A BOOK ABOUT IT, IF HE LIKES....

I am writing this because i don't think no one has thought of this idea...You know the great Powers of the world, they decomission Navy Submarines...And it had me thinking? How much does a submarine cost? 200 million, that is a decomissioned submarine...And it had me thinking...i read that there is either over or around 6 BILLION dollars worth of treasures in the bottom of the ocean...I don't even think a decomission submarine cost 200 million, but we will leave it at that...And i am thinking, why not get a decomissioned submarine, install on it a GROUND MAPPING, OR OCEAN MAPPING TECHNOLOGY that shows on a computer and the computer automatically stores the imagine i mean the kind of technology that Nasa and weather satellites have and cruise the oceans in search of treasures at the bottom of the ocean...Submarines cost a lot because of the missile technology they carry...But strip away all that from a submarine, and i bet a submarine will cost instead of 200 million it will cost more like 75 million...I mean there are richer individuals in the world who are billionaires and filthy rich who could afford such submarines prices....So why not? Is not a bad idea...With those decomissioned submarines you cruise the entire world in search of treasures...And about the crew? I am sure you can separte 3 or 4 million dollars and the 200,000 dollars can go to pay for the crew's income and of course if you find a lot of treasures, the crew who also helped you will get their fair share, of course also after you pay the price that the submarine cost....
Is not a bad idea...You circled the entire world and every corner of it and at the same time you map it...Everytime you find something that looks like a ship, you inform another crew who will be the rescue crew...And so you go....And you don't have to circle the entire world, just the areas that history tells you that there was a sinking ship or treasure....
Again i don't think this is a bad idea....
